Simple, per-site pricing

Free to build and preview

Creating an account, creating sites, and building them out costs nothing. Every site stays live on its free test URL (your-slug.webbuddy.radioworkflow.com) so you can preview and share your work while it comes together. Billing never disables a site or touches your content.

$250 per site, per month

The one paid feature is connecting a custom domain. Taking a site live on a domain you own is a $250 / month subscription for that site.

• The price is per site, so each site you launch is its own subscription.
• A single subscription covers all of that site's domains — your apex and www are included together, never double-billed.
• No free trial and no long-term contract — it's month to month.

See Connect your domain for the step-by-step of going live.

Activating & managing billing

Activate a subscription from the site's Billing card (on the site overview or its Domains page) with Go live — $250/month. Your card is entered on Authorize.net's secure payment page — we never see or store your card details.

Once you're subscribed, the card shows your status and renewal date, plus a Manage payment method button that reopens the same secure page to update your card, and a Cancel subscription option for the site owner.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, the subscription is suspended. During that grace cycle your domains keep serving— a failed charge won't knock a live site offline. Save a working card via Update payment methodand the subscription resumes; if it isn't fixed before the next monthly cycle, the subscription ends.

Canceling

When a subscription ends — whether you cancel or a suspension runs out:

• Your content is kept — articles, settings, teammates, and even your domain records and certificates all stay.
• The site's custom domains pause, and it falls back to its free test URL, which keeps working.
• Reactivating later resumes the same domains with no re-setup or re-verification.
